How long does it take to process and ship orders?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

Once the package has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notification if you have provided us with your e-mail address. Please make sure that the e-mail address is not longer than 35 characters, otherwise we will be unable to provide notification.

Do you collect sales tax?

We will charge an 8.25% sales tax to shipments to the state of California.
